The Veranda has won awards with the Go Texan program through the Texas Restaurant Association and the Texas Department of Agriculture. Chef Tiara has shown her skill in the development of several recipes that have been published in major Texas magazines throughout the state. The Veranda features an Upscale Texas Cuisine. We are so lucky to live in a state that has such great beef and seafood. We will also be featuring some of the fabulous vegetables, herbs and cheeses of our great state. Look also for the influence of our sister state, Louisiana, in many of the new menu items and a few of the recipes will feature spices from across the border in Mexico. Join us as we spice it up Texas style.
