Pizza Workshop
Learn how to make dough from scratch, fresh marinara sauce and even hand pull your own mozzarella cheese! You will work on knife skills appropriate to your age level with vegetable prep and discuss flavor profiles. Class finishes with the assembly and consumption of your personal pizza!
June 24th and 25th

All American Dessert Day
In this class you will spend the first day creating chocolate brownies and s'mores cupcakes. The second day, you round out your knowledge with chocolate chip cookies and miniature apple pies. You will make all of your recipes from scratch - from the dough to the filling and every cake/cookie mix in between!

Taco Bar
From the flour tortillas to the chicken and beef fajita meat, the first day you will be busy on the flat top and grill! Your second day will include a variety of knife skills to create fresh salsa and guacamole, and finish with a fiesta in style!

South of the Border Bakery
You will start this class with Chef's favorite Churro Cheesecake and La Abuelita Chocolate Cookie recipes. The second day you will jump right into a Tres Leches and Guava Empanada dessert. This is a class you won't want to miss!
