We are thrilled and humbled to share that we are re-opening The Veranda for formal dinner service. We will be open on Friday and Saturday nights at 50% capacity through the end of September and then Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 75% capacity in October. We are also currently booking for the Chrismas holidays.

The Veranda has won awards with the Go Texan program through the Texas Restaurant Association and the Texas Department of Agriculture. Chef Tiara has shown her skill in the development of several recipes that have been published in major Texas magazines throughout the state. For that reason, The Veranda has decided to shift the menu to an Upscale Texas Cuisine. We are so lucky to live in a state that has such great beef and seafood. We will also be featuring some of the fabulous vegetables, herbs and cheeses of our great state. We will be glad to recommend some fabulous wines to pair with these great new recipes, too. Look for the influence of our sister state, Louisiana, in many of the new menu items and a few of the recipes will feature spices from across the border in Mexico. Join us as we spice it up Texas style.
